Joanna Gaines Used a Wayfair Wallpaper in a Dining Room Refresh

by

If there’s one tastemaker whose style needs no introduction, it’s Joanna Gaines. In fact, we often find ourselves impulse buying the furniture, decor, and accessories the design guru endorses. Our most recent obsession? A “loud” (that’s how the commenters describe it) patterned wallpaper swathing the walls of a dining room on Mini Reni, her newest TV special. In a before-and-after reveal Gaines recently posted on Instagram, she says, “The homeowner wanted more color and pattern in the #MiniReni Dining Room, so this garden-inspired wallpaper checked the box.”

The wallpaper in question? A Red Barrel Studio floral pattern from Wayfair. Did we mention it’s nearly 15 percent off and available in three colors? In another post, Gaines adds, “With the original built-in as our inspiration, we played up the charm and whimsy in this dining room with floor-to-ceiling wallpaper, fresh paint, and detailed trim.”

The good news about the wallpaper is that it’s peel-and-stick, which means you don’t need to be Joanna Gaines or a member of her very skilled team to get the look. Here’s the backstory: Mini Reni is a Magnolia Network special in which Gaines renovates three rooms (all in one home) in seven days. The whole point is that the improvements are affordable and easy to do, so if you’re in the market to spruce up a space, you can’t go wrong with a few rolls of this wallpaper.

It’s fast and actually shockingly easy to apply, repositionable in case the patterns don’t perfectly match up the first time, and 100 percent removable sans sticky residue. So if you’re a renter or afraid of commitment, this is a good move. Don’t wait too long, though. Once Gaines’s loyal fans get word, the pattern will surely sell out fast.
