Office Principles North, a consultancy specialising in office interior design, has finished upgrading a Grade A city centre building in Birmingham.
The refurbishment for Blue Noble LLP covers over 12,000 sq ft at Eleven Brindley Place and focuses on enhancing amenities on the basement and ground floor.
The transformation includes relocating the concierge reception desk, creating a new welcoming space, and establishing a modern business lounge environment to improve the arrival experience.
An archway leads to a new café area with a commercial kitchen open to both tenants and the public.
The consultancy has also repurposed a previously unused mezzanine floor into a versatile events space with new lighting and AV capabilities for wellness activities, conferences, and meetings.
Private meeting booths are also accessible through new access control doors. The basement area now offers upgraded secure bicycle storage and a repair station, fully equipped showers, and lockers.
