Josh & Heather Altman’s OC House Is Almost Done: Renovation Details

by

Josh Altman and Heather Altman are almost ready to move into their “forever home.”

How to Watch

Watch Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles on Bravo Wednesdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

In March 2023, Heather told The Daily Dish that she and Josh had just purchased a waterfront home in Orange County. “I’ll be remodeling that over the next year and making that, eventually, one day, our full-time residence,” she said.

Well, that day is almost here. In a June 2024 interview with The Daily Dish, Heather gave an update on the renovation process, sharing, “We’re still in the middle of construction, hopefully nearing completion in the next four months or so.”

However, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles duo are taking their time to ensure the house is done to their liking.

“Of course, with any remodel, you can scope one thing, and then you get into it, and you’re like, ‘Oh, let’s increase the ceiling height, let’s blow out this wall, let’s add this,’” she explained. “So we definitely added some time to the project, but at the end of the day, this is our forever home so I want to do it perfect and do it right… We did everything that we wanted to with this house, and it’s going to be amazing.”

In the same interview, Josh gave his wife major praise for her work on the design of the house.

“Heather knocked it out of the park,” he said. “Every inch of that house, she just rocked. It’s taking a little longer, it costs a lot more, but for us, like she said, this is not a couple-year house. This is a house that we’re going to pass down to our kids. We’re excited.”

Although Heather explained the house will have a “nice, warm, fuzzy vibe, homey feel,” and will be “a traditional home,” she and Josh were very intentional about giving it a different look than their current Los Angeles abode (see their current kitchen in the video above).

Josh and Heather Altman are building a home in Miami

In addition to their new Orange County house, the couple is also hard at work on a penthouse apartment renovation in Miami, Florida.

“That’s going to be a part-time residence for us,” Heather told The Daily Dish in the same interview. “Everything’s always an investment, but we’re going to get some enjoyment out of it, and we’ll see what we end up doing with that. We love Miami. We do a lot of business there also. So it’s just another good investment for us and another place to play and do business.”

According to Josh, the home is “gonna be done in January of 2026.”

While we wait to see more details on Josh and Heather’s new homes, check out their current kitchen in the video above.
