Answer: In the study, conducted by SpareFoot.com, a home improvement web site, the (1) main bathroom, followed by a kitchen remodel, then the second bathroom are the most searched remodel projects by Illinoisans. Illinois, Colorado and Maryland, the study said, are the three states in America where homeowners are most interested in a room renovation, based on the number of Google searches.
